[Video] How to Subscribe to SKU Grid | Understanding Subscription Options

Hello, in this video we will discuss different subscription options and how you can subscribe to the SKU grid.

First of all you have a free trial for 7 days.

During the trial you can use all the features of the SKU grid.

After the trial expires or during the trial you can choose a subscription that you will continue using the SKU grid with.

Go to subscriptions tab, it will show suggested subscriptions based on the number of items that you currently have.

You can increase the number of items to see different plans.

So it can be 200 items for $14.99 or 800 for $29.99 and so on.

If you have a lot of items we offer custom subscriptions.

You can use the form below to request a custom quote, we will be happy to provide you one.

We have two different subscription plan sets that are available, first one checks items every 3 hours, the other one checks items every hour.

Most suppliers are ok with checking every 3 hours but if your supplier changes price or stock constantly or has a lot of different sellers like Amazon or Walmart then it’s better to use the plan that checks items every hour.

Then we have a special plan for advanced sellers that provides credits at the SKU grid.

You can buy a pack of credits that you can refill monthly or buy them one at a time.

Each repricing and each supplier updates takes up one credit.

Here you can define different times for checking supplier up to every 24 hours but we don’t suggest using this, it’s always better to check every 3 hours or every 1 hour.

And therefore for most people it’s much easier and much more convenient to use non-credit based plans.

You can pay via PayPal or credit card through Stripe or you can request invoice via PayPal as well.

The subscription plans will renew every month and once you have subscribed it’s very easy to manage all the plans from the subscription dashboard.

The list of your subscriptions will appear on the same page and you can always cancel one without a problem.
