Important update in regards to Sku Grid’s Customer Support

How to report a problem with a supplier or marketplace sync to the Sku Grid Customer Support

Many users were not happy with the customer support of Sku Grid: it provided detailed answers, but the response time was very slow.

This year we decided to fully restructure our Support Portal, starting from January 1st we are working hard to optimize every aspect on handling tickets for our customers. Right now you might notice some lag in response time, it is because we are head and toes into redoing all the support processes.

We would really appreciate when submitting tickets that you either follow the predefined procedure, if it exists, or include as much information as possible, including your username, items affected and any other data.

For problems with suppliers or marketplace synchronization you can start using the “Report” item link under “Actions” column in both Sku Grid and Sku Fetch. When you do this, it will prefill a lot of extra information in the support ticket, which in turn will help us resolve this ticket much faster. Before reporting any problems, make sure that there is an actual problem.
